Newport Apartments is 2 blocks north of Dodge St. on the southeast corner of 36 St. and Davenport St. It is conveniently located on the Creighton bus line, 2 blocks from Mutual of Omaha and 8 blocks from the Nebraska Medical Center.

Newport Apartments consists of 2 brick buildings with 23 apartments. The buildings have controlled access, one off-street parking spot per apartment, security lighting in the parking lot, central air conditioning, and on-site laundry. Each apartment has an eat-in kitchen, ceiling fans, mini blinds on all the windows, and 4 or 5 closets providing plenty of storage. All apartments have been recently remodeled with updated kitchens and bathrooms.

One bedroom apartments rent for $535. Owner pays for HEAT, water, sewer, and trash collection. Resident pays for electricity. A one year lease lease is required. There is a very strict NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy.

For the safety of our residents we run background and sex-offender checks on all perspective residents. We also run a credit check on every applicant. The application fee is $30 for the first person and $10 for each additional resident.
