Marion Apartments is located 2 blocks south of the Mutual of Omaha Complex, on the southwest corner of So. 34 St. and Howard St. It is 8 blocks from the Nebraska Medical Center and 12 blocks from Creighton.

Marion Apartments is an " L " shaped, brick building with: 4 two bedroom, 3 studio and 11 one bedroom apartments. The building has controlled access, security lighting in parking lots, off-street parking, and on-site laundry. Each apartment has new thermo-pane windows, marble window sills, ceiling fans, and mini blinds on all windows. Most or the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have hardwood floors, and updated kitchens and bathrooms.

One bedroom apartments rent from $475 to $525. Owner pays for water, sewer and trash collection. Resident pays for heat and electricity. A one year lease is required. There is a very strict NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy.

For the safety of our residents we run background and sex-offender checks on all perspective residents. We also run a credit check on every applicant. The application fee is $30 for the first person and $10 for each additional resident.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the apartments at move-in time.... we even wash the windows!
